From a drawing to a finished piece.

01 Translate the brief into a drawing.

A drawing turns a broad idea into dimensions and components that can be reviewed. For custom furniture, it should describe the overall size, internal arrangement and the details needed to explain the agreed design.

KLDS combines design and production capabilities for home and commercial furniture. Send reference images together with measurements and intended use, so the design discussion begins with the practical requirements of the space.

02 Confirm one approved specification.

Review dimensions, board choices, finishes and fittings before approving the order information. Where several rooms use the same finish, make sure the reference is consistent across the schedule.

Keep a dated approval version. If a change is needed, identify it clearly and ask for the relevant drawing or specification to be updated. Avoid relying on several separate messages that describe different versions of the same item.

03 Connect production with checks.

The KLDS company introduction describes digital processing and quality inspection as part of its manufacturing work. For each project, discuss which dimensions, surface details and assembly points need particular attention.

A useful inspection conversation refers back to the approved information. Ask what documentation can be provided for the order, especially when the buyer and installation team are in a different location.

04 Prepare for the next stage.

Production is one part of the project. Packing, identification and the intended assembly method also need agreement. For a mixed furniture order, clear item references help connect cartons and components to the room schedule.
